If you wish to switch between from the Legacy pricing plan to the Unlimited Egress pricing plan (or visa-versa), please contact us so we can make this switch for you. In the future, you will be able to choose your pricing plan from the Wasabi Management Console. When you contact Wasabi Support, please provide the email address associated with your Wasabi account.
Please note that when you change between plans, we will close out your billing cycle against the old plan within 24 hours of the plan change. A new billing cycle will start with the new plan as part of this. This billing cycle close-out won't cost you any additional amount. The close-out is done because we can't blend old pricing and new pricing within a single billing cycle.
It is not possible to retroactively apply a pricing plan to a previous bill or billing cycle.
If you change pricing plans, we require users to wait at least 3 months before reverting back to your previous pricing plan.
If you are requesting a pricing plan change, please allow our support team up to 48 hours to process the request. You will receive confirmation on your support ticket from us once the change has been processed.
Pricing plan changes can only be processed for paid Wasabi subscribers. If you are free trial user and wish to change pricing plans, you can request this change once you become a paid subscriber.
